+== How to connect ==

+- with a web browser, go to the CERN portal: [https://vidyoportal.cern.ch/]
+- connect with your CERN username and password (or any special username/password, f.e. for a given conference or a school)
+- you should then either:
+ - join a given conference room:
+   - simply enter the room name in the given field, and hit "Join Room".
+ - create a chat: 
+   - join your own room (a seconf window appear);
+   - in the origial web page, select "Control mMeeting" (at the upper right side);
+   - click on the "Add Participant" logo (a green body with a white "+" sign);
+   - and then simply add the name of the personn you want to be connected (Catherine Biscarat for example).

+This should be done before you connect to Vidyo.
+- enter the Vidyodesktop (to do so: use the third button of the mouse on the logo of the Voidyo application);
+- hit "Configurations"
+- hit the "Network" menu:
+  - in the window "VidyoProxy", select "Always use Vidyo Proxy" and VidyoProxyAsdress: "Automatic"
+  - check that "Home server" is already set with "vidyoportal.cern.ch";
+  - hit "Apply" and "Save" (not mandatory for Windows).
+- hit the "Devices" menu:
+  - select the option "Echo Cancellation";
+  - hit "Apply" and "Save" (not mandatory for Windows).
