Linux: Edit/Options -> "Advanced" section -> "General" tab -> "Config editor" button

Windows: Tools/Options -> "Advanced" section -> "General" tab -> "Config editor" button

Dans le champ "Filter" taper "cert" pour afficher une liste réduite

doublecliquer sur

"security.default_personal_cert" 

et modifier pour remplacer "Ask Every Time" par "Select Automatically"
